Magicians For Weddings is operated by 4Sure Entertainment Limited (Company No. 16011379), trading as Magicians For Weddings.

This Agreement is between 4Sure Entertainment Limited (the "Agent") and the "Client" (the customer making the booking).
By booking with us, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding contract.

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £400 (or the amount stated on the invoice).
   
• Full balance payment is required 30 days before the event.
   
• For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.
   
• Failure to pay the balance on time will result in cancellation of the booking.
   
• This Agreement is deemed accepted when either:
   
  • The signed contract is returned within 7 days of receipt.
     
  • Or, no written objection is received within 7 days of us sending the contract.

Client Cancellations:

• Cancel 31–90 days before event: 50% of remaining balance payable.
   
• Cancel within 30 days of event: 100% of remaining balance payable.
   
• All cancellations must be made in writing to magic@magiciansforweddings.co.uk.
   

Cooling-Off Period:

• Deposits are refundable within 14 days of payment (cooling-off period).
   
• After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable.
   

Agent Cancellations:

• In rare cases of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
   
• We will attempt to provide a suitable replacement magician of comparable quality.
   
• Force Majeure applies (see section 8).

• Magicians For Weddings provides close-up, table, and roaming magic performances.
   
• All magicians are professional, experienced, and fully insured.
   
• Clients are responsible for providing safe, suitable performance conditions.
   
• Clients must ensure venue access and facilities (e.g., mains electricity if needed).

• Changes to event date, venue, or timing must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
   
• Any significant changes may incur additional costs.
   
• Future bookings arising from current events must be handled via Magicians For Weddings, not directly with performers.
   

• Magicians For Weddings holds public liability insurance.
   
• We are not liable for accidents, losses, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
   
• We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses beyond our control.
   
• The Client agrees to indemnify Magicians For Weddings against claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
In such cases, we will refund payments if no suitable replacement can be arranged.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
   
• If any clause is deemed invalid, remaining terms remain in force.
   
• Delay or failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
